Diane S. Bloodworth – President
Diane Bloodworth is president and founder of PerceptivePRO, Inc.. She is an Entrepreneurial Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to founding PerceptivePro, Diane was the president and founder of Bloodworth Integrated Technology (BIT), a provider of process engineering services and tools that was acquired in 2003. Her background includes management responsibility for software development in a Fortune 100 corporation and extensive knowledge of software development and process improvement.
Diane’s education includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In 2003, Diane was named as one of the 100 most influential people in Federal Technology. She actively participates in several organizations including Women In Technology and has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars including the International Test and Evaluation Association and the American Society for Quality. Diane’s hobbies include karate, travel, and football watching.

Clay Sills – VP Software Development
Clay Sills has been designing and developing software systems for 13 years. He has designed and developed secure payment transfer systems for Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and Credit Union Central Saskatchewan, and took over designing the invoice correction system for MCI. Clay has also designed and developed adaptive learning systems used by Citigroup, and a maintenance diagnostic system for Delta's aircraft maintenance unit. He has two patents pending: one for an adaptive training system that wraps around existing web content and one for an adaptive learning agent that monitors and corrects a user's knowledge gaps.
Clay’s alter ego is busy at work as a film producer working on the sequel to his first release.

Mary Ann Alger – CFO
Mary Ann Alger has over twenty-five years of experience in finance, small business consulting, and entrepreneurship. She works with clients to clearly articulate their value proposition; differentiate their product or technology from what is available elsewhere; strategize about revenue-building and fundraising; and develop written materials, including comprehensive business plans and oral presentations. She often serves as a CFO-in-Residence for client companies over a period of time.
